Jiangsu Seed Chem Co., Ltd. is located in Rudong Yangkou Chemical Industrial Park, one of the top 30 chemical industrial parks in China, covering an area of 60,000 square meters. It currently has approximately 100 employees (including 1 senior engineer, 5 master's degree holders, and over 40 bachelor's degree holders). The company has invested over 160 million yuan and commenced production operations in October 2019.

The company is currently a Jiangsu Provincial High-tech Enterprise, a Jiangsu Provincial Specialized and Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise, the Jiangsu Provincial Nucleoside Biosynthesis Technology Research Center, and a Jiangsu Provincial Private Science and Technology Enterprise. It has obtained certifications for intellectual property management, quality management system (ISO9001), food safety system (FSSC22000), Level II safety production standardization, kosher certification, and halal certification.

The company has established a nucleoside engineering technology center, adhering to the principles of innovation and green development. It has built a synthetic biology platform, designed novel biosynthetic pathways to develop target products, and achieved the metabolic synthesis of these products within cells using a constructed gene recombination chassis. Through continuous gene expression optimization and strain mutagenesis screening, it enhances fermentation efficiency, achieving green and environmentally friendly production.
